Bucks County prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty against the man that allegedly went on a shooting rampage at the Simon and Schuster book warehouse in Bristol last summer. 32-year-old Robert Diamond was taken into custody after two employees at the facility were shot dead. He was a former employee of Simon and Schuster that had been fired for missing work on a frequent basis. Workers at the warehouse say Diamond was an accident waiting to happen and bore a grudge against hispanics and other minorities.
