A Bucks County judge this afternoon sentenced 33 year old Robert Diamond to death in the murder of two co-workers last summer at a lower Bucks County warehouse.
Rea Boylan handed down the sentence following several days of testimony in her
Doylestown courtroom. It’s the first time a Bucks County judge has sentenced someone
to death in more than 20 years. Juries in the county have handed down the ultimate punishment during that time. Diamond’s attorney says his client has a mental illness and he plans to appeal the sentence. Diamond attended Souderton High School in the 1990’s.
