A Bucks County man accused of breaking into a Lower Southampton home will face prosecution after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing.
22-year-old Theodore Wojtusik of Warminster is charged with burglary and related offenses. Lower Southampton Township Police arrested him last month as he left a home with stolen jewelry in a duffel bag. He was wearing a green reflective vest and a green hard hat that police say he used to pretend he was a meter reader if someone answered his knock on the door. If no one answered, he broke in. He had been under surveillance on and off after his blue Chrysler 300 was spotted near several burglaries. He is under investigation for an unknown number of break-ins dating back about a year in Hatboro, Lower Moreland and Upper Moreland in Montgomery County and Warminster, Northampton and Upper and Lower Southampton in Bucks County. He has been in prison since his arrest.
