A group called The Public Interest Legal Foundation is suing Pennsylvania to obtain the State’s voter registration records.
The Foundation’s Logan Churchwell discussed the issue on WNPV’s Comment Please By Univest Thursday afternoon.
“The State of Pennsylvania admitted last year that a quote unquote glitch that was a matter of practice offering voter registration at the DMV to non-citizen customers, they did not discriminate between citizen and non, if you walked in their and needed DMV services, you got an application, it did not matter if you got a green card on the table, you got an application and that glitch that they admitted to last year has existed since the 1990’s and worse they knew it existed.”
Churchwell says, in the Commonwealth, where either party can win an election, voters in question can determine the outcome. The Foundation has filed suit in Federal Court.
