Montgomery County State Rep. Madeleine Dean is running for Congress in the newly created 4th district.
Dean, a guest on WNPV’s AM Edition says Education is among the top priorities she will pursue in D.C. if elected.
“How we educate our kids is really going to determine out future. In Congress what I’ll fight for is interest free student loan debt. I’ll also fight for jobs for the middle class, the hard working people of Montgomery County, particularly the right to organize union labor. I fought for the environment in Harrisburg and I’ll continue to do that in Congress. We see everyday, it’s the erosion under this administration of environmental protection, whether it’s drilling, protection of clean air, clean water
Dean adds, the opioid epidemic and gun control are also issues the need constant overview.
