There was plenty to see and do during the International Spring Festival at North Penn High School on Saturday.
The music and dance of several nations was featured and exhibits in the main gym put the spotlight on the culture of more than two dozen countries including Germany, Egypt, Taiwan and Mexico. The festival got into high gear with a parade of nations. Montgomery County Commissioner Chair Val Arkoosh was one of the marchers. She also welcomed visitors at the opening ceremony.
“This is one of the best events that happens in Montgomery County. It brings our entire county together and our strength is in our diversity. We see that every year at the International Spring Festival.”
The International Spring Festival is the biggest annual diversity event in Pennsylvania.
