Classic Cars Will Be Coming to Lansdale in June

Lansdale Borough Council Vice President Mary Fuller says, it will be scaled back this year and will pick up next year with its original name of Under The Lights Car Show with the Fairmount Fire Company leading the way.

Fuller says, the fire company cited downtown construction as a reason for canceling the show, but Fuller says with Discover Lansdale and other community members lending a hand, the car show will festure on with a new name this June.

“This year we will call it The Car Show Must Go On. Instead of going to Valley Forge Road, it will only go as far as Cannon. So from Main and Broad like it usually began up to Main and Cannon. The staging area will be on Green Street and then the Century Plaza Parking lot and those are the main differences.”

Fuller says, it’s happening on June 16th from 7pm to 11pm and registration will be at 5pm. For more in information can be found at Discoverlansdale.org
