The Pennsylvania Game Commission and Graterford State Prison are taking applications for two antlerless deer hunts on the prison grounds in January. They will be held on two consecutive Wednesdays, January 19 and 26. The first one is for junior hunters between the ages of 12 and 16, who must be accompanied by an adult who is not hunting. The second one, a week later, is for adult hunters. All hunters must have a valid license, deer tags and proper clothing. Each hunt has a limit of 50 people. To apply hunters should send a 3-by-5-inch white index card with their name, address, phone number, date of birth, antlerless deer permit number and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Kim Benjamin, State Correctional Institution at Graterford, P.O. Box 246, Graterford, PA 19426.
