Pennmark Management Company says the Montgomery Commons Shopping Center, at Route 63 and North Wales Road in Montgomery Township, has added three new tenants. They include two restaurants, 63 Bistro and Pho and More. 63 Bistro is open now with sandwiches, barbecue, pasta and other dishes prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Ted Scholl, formerly of Cravings Café, while Pho and More will feature Vietnamese and Thai food when it opens in January. The other new business is Smoker Bruce, a tobacco shop that will also sell newspapers and other items. Pennmark says it now has leases for 98 percent of the space at Montgomery Commons. It’s the long-time home of Holly Hill Health Foods, Redner’s Warehouse Market and several other businesses.
