There won't be a property tax increase in Lansdale next year. Borough officials made that announcement during the November workshop meeting of Council Wednesday night. Sewer rates won't change either. It still isn't clear what Lansdale residents will pay for electricity. This is the second year in a row that property taxes have remained where they are at in Lansdale. The property tax hike two years ago cost the average homeowner about $160.
