Lansdale has a budget in place for 2013. Borough Council approved it unanimously Wednesday night. The spending plan totals about $31,200,000 and does not raise property taxes. Sewer rates will remain the same too. Borough officials say the budget maintains municipal services at their current level and includes funding for an additional employee at the Waste Water Treatment Plant as well as an information technology professional at Borough Hall. This is the second year in a row that Lansdale officials have held the line on property taxes.
