Bucks Co Teacher Union Official Facing DUI Charge

wnpv_police_beatThe head of the Neshaminy teachers’ union is accused of drunken driving. 49-year-old Louse Boyd, who lives in Buckingham, is charged with DUI and careless driving.  She was stopped shortly after 1:00AM on Sunday, April 18 in front of the Buckingham Green shopping center after a police officer saw her weaving in and out of her lane on route 202.  While talking with Boyd, the officer saw a plastic cup of beer in the cup holder of her Ford Explorer.  Court documents say her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.  Boyd is a high school biology teacher and president of the Neshaminy Federation of Teachers.
