Bucks County authorities have identified two women who stole a pair of charity donation jars a little over a week ago from a 7-11 store on Street Road in Warminster. 23-year-old Sofia Ugarte of Warminster and 22-year-old Melissa Sanginiti of Jamison are charged with theft and other offenses. Police say one woman distracted the clerk while the other one took jars with donations for the Wheeled Scotsman Foundation and the Christine McGee Fund. They say the money, totaling about $30, has not been recovered but the women are cooperating. They were identified through store video surveillance camera pictures.
