A paralegal has admitted stealing more than $100,000 from a Norristown law firm where she worked. 50-year-old Kathy Foer-Morse of Spring City pleaded guilty to theft and forgery. The High Swartz law firm fired her last year after an audit revealed that she wrote 12 unauthorized checks to herself and put them in her personal bank account. She was out on bail at the time, awaiting sentencing for stealing from a New York City law firm where she had worked previously, and she was using the money stolen from the Norristown law firm to pay restitution in the New York case.
