NYC Fugitives Caught In Towamencin

wnpv_police_beatTwo fugitives from a New York City home-invasion robbery and shooting have been caught in Towamencin Township. 29-year-old William Bowie and 18-year-old Francisco Rodriguez were arrested without incident Tuesday at the Forge Gate Apartments on Snyder Road after a joint investigation and surveillance by Towamencin Township Police and the NYPD.  Towamencin Police Chief Tim Dickinson says they had marijuana, a bullet-resistant vest, a Ruger .44 caliber handgun and a Jennings nine millimeter handgun in their possession, as well as ammunition, and they are charged with various drug and gun offenses, criminal conspiracy and fleeing from another jurisdiction.  They are being held at Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $75,000 cash bail each on the drug and gun charges and $75,000 cash bail each on the fugitive charges.
