A former credit union officer has been found guilty of stealing more than $34,000 from depositors over a seven-year period. 44-year-old Anne Clyburn of Exton was President and CEO of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1776 Federal Credit Union in Plymouth Meeting. A Montgomery County jury has convicted her of theft and related offenses. Prosecutors say she used some of the money to pay personal bills, and also gave herself pay raises that the board of directors never authorized. Credit union leaders had an audit conducted after firing her in 2007.
