A Lower Bucks County woman is accused of killing her mother by beating her on the head with a baseball bat and then setting her on fire. The crime occurred Sunday morning at the makeshift shack they shared in a homeless encampment. 24-year-old Rebecca Olenchock is charged with first degree murder, arson and other offenses in the death of her 44-year-old mother Kimberly Olenchock. Rebecca allegedly poured kerosene under her mother’s bed, ignited it, and locked the door as she left. She was arrested Tuesday in Johnson City, Tennessee, after driving 570 miles to visit a boyfriend she met on the internet. The homeless encampment is at a former Nike Missile site, behind the Bristol Plaza on Durham Road in Bristol Township. They had been living there since at least last year, after losing their Levittown home to foreclosure.
