A Montgomery County woman is getting jail time for running a business that helped illegal aliens fraudulently obtain Pennsylvania driver’s licenses. A federal judge gave 55-year-old Mal Lee of North Wales 42 months in federal prison. Court documents say she used forged identification, including passports and visas, to get licenses for illegal immigrants. She was arrested as a result of a two-year investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s office. Investigators found that she worked with Philadelphia driving school operator Alphonso Wilson, who helped applicants cheat on driving tests and bribed examiners to issue licenses to people who did not pass the test.
