A cleaning woman convicted of stealing from her Main Line clients has been given 16 to 46 months in prison, followed by 15 years probation. A Montgomery County jury found 45-year-old Kimberly Williams guilty of theft and related offenses earlier this year. She stole jewelry, art, rare coins and a sports memorabilia collection including rare baseball cards and a block of 1964 Phillies World Series tickets. Police started investigating Williams in January of 2009, after Adam Kaplan of Wynnewood died of cancer. They found that his sports memorabilia collection had been sold through Hunt Auctions in Exton for about $61,000. Williams said Kaplan gave her the collection and told her to use the money to get away from her abusive husband. Jurors rejected that claim.
