A convicted child molester who was already in prison has admitted molesting a second young girl, starting when she was ten years old. 33-year-old Michael Heath pleaded guilty to aggravated indecent assault and other offenses Monday in Bucks County Court. He lives in Green Lane now, but at the time of the incidents, between 2005 and 2008, he lived in New Britain. He admitted fondling the girl numerous times while she was sleeping at his home. He would enter her bedroom late at night while he thought she was sleeping and slip his hands under her clothes, touching her inappropriately. He could face more than five years in state prison, and he will remain in Bucks County Prison until his formal sentencing. He will be a registered sex offender under Megan’s Law for at least ten years, and if he meets the legal requirements to be labeled a sexually violent predator he will face lifetime monitoring and community notification.
