Montgomery County prosecutors have received the password for a former North Penn school administrator’s cell phone, allowing them to see and hear messages they want to use at his trial. 37-year-old Charles Hurst of Somerset Court in Montgomery Township is accused of having improper sexual conversations with two 13-year-old boys who were Pennbrook Middle School students while he was Vice Principal. He has pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of children and corrupting minors. Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman says they got the password from another person who knew what it was, but she is not identifying the person. She says a previous request for a court order forcing him to reveal the password is now moot.
