Driver In Fatal Crash Faces Trial On Child Porn Charges

CohensA truck driver accused of killing a motorcyclist early last month in Hatfield Township is being held for trial on a charge of possessing child pornography. Police found a sexually explicit video on a cell phone 42-year-old Ernest Cohens (pictured here) of New York City had after they arrested him for trying to make an illegal u-turn with his tractor-trailer on Route 309, killing 55-year-old Terry Kriebel of Sellersville.  The 2 ½ minute video, accompanied by music, shows a woman engaging in sex acts with a young boy.  The charges in the crash include causing an accident involving death and driving while his license was suspended.
