A Conshohocken man is accused of getting drunk and ransacking the lobby of a luxury apartment building, breaking planters and throwing a table at the glass front doors. Police say 27-year-old Michael Yearick of West Fourth Avenue was arrested on Saturday afternoon in the lobby of the Grand at Riverview building on West Elm Street, where he also attacked a man who refused to take him to his apartment. Police say they had to subdue him with a Taser when he elbowed and wrestled with an officer who was trying to arrest him. He was also yelling profanities. They say he was so drunk he didn’t understand how he got there or why he was being arrested. He is charged with several criminal offenses.
