A Bucks County man is among the suspects busted in a multi million dollar drug ring. 25-year-old Darnell Ballard of Bristol Township is charged with selling heroin that had the street name black widow. The drug is as good as its name and was the cause of death in an overdose this past January. Eleven other suspects are charged with selling the drug in Chester and Montgomery Counties. Investigators say they also did business as far away as Harrisburg and generated sales in excess of 16-million dollars a year.
