The manager of a Montgomery County condo complex is accused of stealing more than $580,000 from the tenants. 66-year-old Vincent Lopez of Quakertown is charged with theft, forgery and other offenses. He managed the Plymouth Hill Condominiums on Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting, not far from the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Court documents say he used credit cards and bank accounts opened in the condo council’s name to pay for his own lavish lifestyle including limo rides, fine dining, liquor, jewelry, an expensive cell phone account for his wife and a trip to a Florida nudist resort with his mistress. Three other people face criminal charges in the alleged scheme including Plymouth Hill’s former Assistant Manager, 53-Year-Old Patricia Paugh. Lopez’s father, also named Vincent, was a New York big band leader who was popular in the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s.
