Authorities are investigating two separate fatal hit and run accidents in Montgomery County. In Lower Salford an 81 year old man was killed by the driver of a Dodge Ram pick-up truck pulling out of the Wawa on Main Street in Harleysville Tuesday evening. Harleysville resident John Wile suffered fatal injuries in the accident. In Upper Providence a woman was killed when she was struck by a car while walking along Township Line Road near Rittenhouse Road Wednesday afternoon at about 1:30. Police say a gray car, perhaps a Toyota Camry, was involved. The car probably suffered damage to the right front headlight and windshield. Witnesses to either crash are asked to call Montgomery County Detectives at (610) 278-3368.
