A Skippack man who admitted allowing an underage drinking party at his home will spend his weekends in Montgomery County Prison during July. 45-year-old Thane Tagg of Mountain Laurel Circle pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to minors, even though he did not actually supply it. Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman says his crime was looking the other way while his son’s friends brought beer and liquor into the house on Halloween night of 2009. 17-year-old Colby Davis of Perkiomen Township pleaded guilty to indecent assault earlier this year for inappropriately touching a 17-year-old girl in the backyard of the Tagg home during the party, where they had been drinking.
