A New York truck driver with a deplorable driving record pleads not guilty to a February 3rd hit and run in Hatfield Township a 6am that took the life of a Sellersville man. Police say, Ernest Cohens was driving a truck on route 309 when he tried to make a u-turn and struck a motorcycle driven by 55-year-old Terry Kriebel. Cohens helped cover the man’s body with another motorist. Cohens then fled the scene. He was apprehended just before 7am after hitting a pole and a bridge. Court records show Cohens’ license was suspended 22 times since 2007. He’s being held on 500-hundred thousand dollars bail. Cohens faces vehicular homicide charges and a list of additional traffic related offenses in connection with the February 3rd incident. Making Cohens’ legal outlook even more bleak, he allegedly had child porn on his cell phone at the time of his arrest.
