A Montgomery Township man accused of running a major drug ring out of his Main Line barbershop has applied for reduced bail. 39-year-old Anthony Dennis says his $2 million bail is unduly high. Court documents filed by his lawyer say he wants the bail reduced so he can be with his family at their Thames Drive home, keep his barbershop in Wayne open and help prepare his defense. His 34-year-old brother Michael of Philadelphia, one of 26 other people charged in connection with the drug ring, is also seeking reduced bail. His wife Lisa, who is not charged, is asking a judge to return two bank accounts that she says are lawfully hers. The accounts were frozen or seized during the investigation.
