Restaurant Manager Heads For Trial In Fondling Case

A Bucks County fast-food restaurant manager, accused of fondling teenage girls who worked for him, has been held for trial on all charges against him. 51-year-old Eduardo Tomasek of Bensalem is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and other offenses.  He was a shift manager at Popeye’s Fried Chicken on Street Road on Bensalem.  An investigation started in March after a 15-year-old told police he was touching her inappropriately.  In all, six girls have said Tomasek fondled them, rubbed against them, asked sexual questions or made lewd remarks.  Some said he also offered them money or jewelry.  He is on the Megan’s Law registry in Florida for a prior offense, and he remains in Bucks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
