A Montgomery County judge has given an admitted robber from Bucks County a sentence with an unusual condition. He must stay out of Norristown and Pottstown unless he gets permission from his probation/parole officer. Judge Steven O’Neill imposed the condition on Jahtae Booker of Upper State Road in New Britain Township after he said he goes to the wrong places and gets caught up with the wrong crowd. He was also given time served to 23 months in county prison, and the judge ordered the 18-year-old high school dropout to re-enroll in school. He was one of two young men who robbed a deliveryman from a Pottstown Chinese restaurant in March of last year.
