A Bucks County woman has admitted stealing jewelry from an Upper Gwynedd family where she worked as a home health care nurse. 23-year-old Angelica Slimm of Seven Corner Road near Perkasie got three years probation after pleading guilty to a felony theft charge in Montgomery County Court. She must also complete 12 hours of community service and pay the family $7,700 in restitution. Court documents says she stole the jewelry one piece at a time to avoid detection, but a family member noticed pieces missing and called police. She admitted selling it at a Quakertown pawn shop, and several pieces were recovered.
