A judge has ruled that an alleged drug dealer must pay $140 dollars a month for the storage and maintenance of his single-engine airplane at Wings Field, in Whitpain Township, while he awaits court proceedings. 51-year-old James Handzus (pictured here) and his 41-year-old girlfriend Tamara Vincent were arrested last April at the Ruby Tuesday’s Restaurant on Chemical Road in Plymouth Township, where they allegedly tried to sell crystal methamphetamine to an undercover police officer. The two Colorado residents are accused of flying a Piper Comanche from Las Vegas to Wings Field and trying to defray their travel expenses by selling a pound of the drug, with a street value of $27,000. Handzus has been in Montgomery County Prison since his arrest, unable to raise $500,000 cash bail.
