A Colorado woman has admitted her role in a scheme to smuggle illegal drugs into Montgomery County. 41-year-old Tamara Vincent of Rifle, Colorado pleaded guilty Monday to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit drug crimes. She and her former boyfriend, 51-year-old James Handzus (pictured here) of Rifle, Colorado, were arrested last April at the Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant on Chemical Road in Plymouth Township, where they allegedly tried to sell crystal methamphetamine to an undercover police officer. They allegedly flew a Piper Comanche from Las Vegas to Wings Field and tried to defray their travel expenses by selling a pound of the drug, with a street value of $27,000. Vincent pleaded guilty as her trial was about to begin.
