A Central Pennsylvania man got lucky Saturday, February 18, and won $2,500 playing blackjack at the Parx Casino in Bucks County, but his luck ran out when he tried to cash in his chips. He had to show identification to get his money, and the casino learned through a background check that he was wanted for drug offenses in Altoona. They called police, who came and arrested 34-year-old Mateen Johnson. The Altoona Mirror newspaper says he knew he was about to be arrested, and he was trying to win enough at blackjack to pay his bail.
