The stepbrother of a Bucks County man who killed himself after a chase through Montgomery County is accused of killing a man in Western New York State. 25-year-old Nathan Hand of Corning, New York is charged with second degree murder in the death of a man named Daniel Bennett in the nearby town of Dix Court.
His stepbrother, 33-year-old Thomas Borden of Warminster, led police on a chase down Route 309 Monday morning, abandoned his pickup truck outside Jenkintown Elementary School, and then led police on a foot chase in Abington before jumping in front of a SEPTA train between the Jenkintown and Noble Stations. He and his stepbrother had both been implicated in the murder.
