A Former Bucks County fast-food restaurant manager who admitted groping teenage girls who worked for him has been given 10 to 24 years in state prison. 51-year-old Eduardo Tomasek of Bensalem pleaded no contest last fall to indecent assault, unlawful contact with minors and other offenses. He was a manager at Popeye’s Fried Chicken on Street Road in Bensalem.
Police arrested him in the spring of last year after a 15-year-old told them he was touching her inappropriately. In all, six girls said Tomasek fondled them, rubbed against them, asked sexual questions or made lewd remarks. Some said he also offered them money or jewelry to keep quiet about his crimes.
He has been declared a sexually violent predator under Megan’s Law, meaning he will have to report his whereabouts to police and have counseling for the rest of his life after he is released from prison. He is also on the Megan’s Law registry in Florida for a prior offense.
