A Bucks County man is accused of getting a teenage girl drunk and having sex with her. 23-year-old Eric Libier of Quakertown is charged with sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
The 16-year-old victim told police she met Libier one afternoon last march, and while she was riding in his vehicle he handed her a drink, which looked and tasted like orange juice. In reality it was an orange-flavored fortified wine with a street name of “Mad Dog 20-20.”
She said he took her to a motel on Route One in Bensalem at about the time she started to feel drunk, and he had sex with her even though she told him repeatedly to stop. Court documents say she vomited into a plastic bag while he was driving her home, and he ignored repeated requests to take her to a hospital.
When she got home her legal guardian called police and took her to a hospital, where one test showed that her blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit for adult drivers and another showed that she had been sexually assaulted.
