Police in Towamencin Township are looking for a hot refrigerator. Investigators say it was stolen from outside Carlos Pizza on Forty Foot Road still in its green wrapper earlier this week. It weighs 300 pounds and is worth $1,500. Towamencin police are also investigating the theft of four sections of copper grounding wire from a transformer at Main Street Apartments. A electrical contractor discovered it was missing during a routine maintenance visit. The thief gained access by cutting a hole in the chain link fence surrounding the transformer. The wire is valued at about $200.
