A Philadelphia man is accused of holding up the TD Bank branch on Ridge Pike near Chemical Road in Plymouth Township Sunday afternoon.
30-year-old Omar Muse is charged with robbery and other offenses.
Police say he handed a teller a note demanding money and he got a bag with an undisclosed amount and a dye pack, which exploded in the parking lot. He dropped it along with several loose bills, but fled on foot with the rest of the cash.
Police arrested him after a caller reported seeing his surveillance camera picture on TV. He’s being held at Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.
