Man Faces Numerous Child Sex Abuse Charges

A Bucks County man is accused of molesting a girl many times over a period of years, starting when she was six or seven years old and ending last year when she was 14 or 15.

70-year-old Elvin Minnich of Feasterville is charged with numerous counts of sexual abuse of a child and other offenses.

The girl went to police in August and September of last year and told them the molestation began with touching and escalated over the years at his home in Feasterville, another home in Perkasie and in his car, and sometimes he would record the sex on video and make her watch it.

Court documents say police took a computer and other electronic evidence from his home.
