Teen Accused of Stabbing Brother Headed to Juvenile Court

A Lansdale teen accused of stabbing his brother during a June 16th incident has waived his hearing through the advice of his attorney, which will send the case back to juvenile court. The teen, according to court documents, wanted to move forward with the charges, but he would have been tried as an adult. The waiver agreement will allow the teen to be released from prison over the next ten days. The teen faces a host of charges, including felony aggravated assault. Police say, it happened in a bedroom on the 300 block of West 6th Street. The teen hurled a kitchen knife at his brother on June 16th.  The knife hit his older brother in the stomach, causing a serious injury. His brother was treated at the hospital
