Man Wants Reduced Sentence in Deadly Gun Sale
September 13th will signal a sad day for a family and a local police department. The date will mark one year since Plymouth Township Police Officer, Bradley Fox, was killed in the line of duty at the hands of convicted felon, Andrew Thomas, who purchased a gun and used it to kill Officer Fox. Thomas killed himself after taking Fox’s life. The man who sold the gun to Thomas, Michael Henry, was sentenced to 20 to 66 years in prison. The Philadelphia man now wants a reduced sentenced, saying through his lawyer, the sentence handed down was too harsh and that the courtroom mood was circus-like. Henry’s lawyer has filed papers in Montgomery County Court asking for a reduced sentence for Henry.
