Teen Accused of Girlfriend’s Death Wants Trial Moved
Tristan Stahley, the 17-year-old charged as an adult with killing his girlfriend, 17-year-old Julianne Siller, wants to be tried in juvenile court. Stahley, according to police, stabbed Siller to death on the night of May 25th in a park near his Skippack home. Stahley faces charges of first and third degree murder. A judge has not scheduled a hearing to determine if the case should be sent to juvenile court. If the case is sent to juvenile court and Stahley is found guilty, he could be released when he turns 21 years old. Siller would have graduated from Spring-ford Area High School last may.
