The man convicted and sentenced 20 to 66 years for selling the gun that killed officer brad fox continues to seek a reduced sentence. Michael Henry sold nine guns, one was a 9-milemeter Beretta, used by Charles Thomas to kill the five year Plymouth Township Police veteran following a car chase that turned to a foot pursuit on September 18th, 2012. Thomas then turned the gun on himself. Henry, through his lawyer, called the trial a circus atmosphere. Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney, Thomas McGoldrick wrote in detail about the pain and anguish that Henry’s actions has caused the Fox family, the Plymouth township police department and the public. There’s no word yet if a judge will hear Henry’s request to get his sentence reduced.
