A 21-year-old Montgomery Township man won’t see the light of day for the next 10 to 20 years after admitting he sexually assaulted an 11 year old girl. Police say, Kareem Richardson sexually assaulted the girl several times in 2011 when he was 18 years old. An investigation was opened in June of 2011. The guardian of the girl confronted Richardson about the sexual assaults and he admitted to her that he did have sex with the girl. The young girl also told police that Richardson sexually assaulted her. It’s not known what his connection was to the girl. Prosecutors dropped other charges after Richardson plead guilty. After Richardson’s release, he’s ordered to have no contact with the victim and must report his address to state police for 25 years in accordance with the Pa. Sex Offender Registration and Notification act.
