Two men are indicted by a West Virginia Grand Jury in connection with the death of a 2010 Pennridge High School graduate. 21-year-old, Kevin Figaniak a student at Wheeling Jesuit University, was attacked by the two men on August 31st in Wheeling while walking back to campus. The assault inflicted on figaniak would take his life the next day in a Pittsburgh hospital. Another man walking with Figaniak was also assaulted. 22-year-old, Craig Peacock of Clewiston, Florida was indicted on a charge of murder. 24-year-old, Jarrett Chandler from Windfield, Louisiana was indicted on a charge of misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter. Peacock and Chandler were in Wheeling working at a natural gas drilling site. Police say, the violent encounter happened after bars were closing. Police found Peacock and Chandler at a campsite for natural gas workers in Wheeling.
