Toomey Calls For Tax Cuts

pat-toomeyThe question of whether or not the U.S. economy is on the rebound remains hot topic. U.S. Senate candidate Pat Toomey says the economy is anything but on the rebound. Toomey says that massive spending, tax increases, Cap and Trade and increasing deficits have weakened the optimism of many small business owners. He says Republicans are united in the thought that a tax increase will only further hurt the economy
“But the problem is Republican’s don’t control anything in Washington. As you know, Democrats run the whole show, and they’re in an argument amongst themselves about which taxes do we raise and how much do we raise them… taxes are going higher it’s just a question of how much and on whom.”
Toomey was a guest on yesterday’s Comment Please by Univest program.
