The Montgomery County Commissioners have dropped a pair of lawsuits against County Controller Diane Morgan over unpaid bills. She said the County Solicitor’s office had failed to give her invoices and other documents that she needed before she could make the payments. The bills in question were for outside legal services on a prison expansion project, county maps, and a cable TV bill at Parkhouse, formerly known as the county geriatric center. Solicitor Barry Miller says he and Morgan have resolved their differences, and the bills have been paid.
