The borough is getting curbside recycling starting next year. Up until now state law has not mandated pickups because Sellersville has been too small, but new census figures might show enough population growth to make them mandatory, so borough council decided to start them. Items that can be recycled include paper, plastic, glass and aluminum cans, and they all go in one container. Borough Manager Alan Frick says residents will get a brochure with information about recycling pickups.
